Domestic Shipping Policy (Continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and typically shipped within the following 3-10 business days. Most items are made to order to allow for the utmost customization. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to backordered product or high demand. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
As of 12/15/21, shipping times are currently extended. Orders are still being processed in 1-2 business days. Production times are currently from 3 up to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Shipping charges for your order, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order can be shipped to any valid address within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii - with exception of P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (these are non-deliverable at this time).
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Access-Hardware.com, and its parent company, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If an order must be canceled, we will do our best to accomodate the request. We cannot guarantee order cancellation requests can be granted 24hrs after an order has been placed. If the item is in production or prepared for shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.
